  We recently cashed in our chips in NY state to move to the island. While Veena was patiently helping us buy a very modest home on MDI, she was also listing one, probably several, seven million dollar properties. Yet, we felt like we could have been her only client, because of how much effort and advocacy she invested in the process. Veena's standards are high and as a result, we lucked out on her recommendations for inspectors and service providers -- they were all exemplary. When problems cropped up in inspections, Veena negotiated skillfully. We never, ever got a whiff of the usual dynamic with realtors, which is to brush aside complications as soon as possible so the deal can be sealed. If you want to experience someone representing you like a gladiator in the ring, this may be your agent. Compared to my experience with other agents, Veena simply works harder, thinks harder and earns your trust through every step of a complex and sometimes nerve-wracking purchase. She's simply a pro.
